Graham is a Director in the Lease Consultancy Team at Parkinson RE, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor over twenty years ago. Graham advises a variety of clients focusing on instructions in the northwest of England on commercial property, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring and condition/dilapidation disputes.

Graham concentrates on providing expert advice across the industrial, office and retail sectors of the commercial property market with a strong reputation in the lease consultancy field.
