Rob qualified MRICS in 2016 and has since, specialised, in the valuation of all lot sizes across the majority of the commercial and residential sectors.
Rob regularly undertakes secured lending valuations and he has acted on behalf of all major lenders in the UK. In addition, Rob also acts on behalf of Housing Associations, Charities, Accountants and Pension Funds.
Rob began his career in the property industry within the Insolvency sector and as such, he also has experience in LPA Receivership Disposal and providing LPA disposal advice.
