Parkinson Real Estate have recently won the commission to exclusively support Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council with the Provision of Specialist Advice to Review Viability Appraisals Associated with Planning Applications.
This will involve advising Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council about the appropriate planning gain contributions that developments in the area should contribute for designations such as Education, Highways, Public Open Space and Affordable Housing.
