Providing consultancy advice for Ravensthorpe Retail Park

Parkinson Real Estate were delighted to receive instructions from an existing regional investor/development client to provide lease consultancy advice on the Ravensthorpe Retail Park, Huddersfield, comprising 30,250 sqft of retail units, all fully let to nine tenants, with units ranging from 1,000 to 8,000 sqft. Discussions are now on-going with tenants.
