Real Estate Degree Apprentice Surveyor (Preston, Wigan, Manchester)

 

The Company

Parkinson Real Estate is a commercial property consultancy who offer in depth knowledge of local market conditions primarily across the Northwest but also UK wide. We act on behalf of a variety of clients over a large geographical area, with results driven instructions fulfilled throughout the country.

 

The Role

Whilst studying at a local RICS accredited university (usually one day a week), the candidate will be involved, for the remaining four days a week, in general practice surveying over several different disciplines.  Our dynamic and proactive practice offer a holistic range of commercial property consultancy services to fully support our clients' surveying needs. These include Property and Asset Management, Agency, Landlord and Tenant, Investment, Valuation, Professional Services, Rating and Compensation Advice, Building Surveying and Project Management.  With clients ranging from private individuals to national corporates, our organisation offers the same level of service with clear, professional, and consistent advice on all property matters. With offices in Manchester, Preston and Wigan, the office base can be flexible.  This role would ideally suit an individual seeking a route to a funded degree, varied career objectives and a good work life balance including those aspiring to progress within the firm.

 

The Person

The successful individual will have an interest in pursuing a career in real estate, a desire to accrue no student fees, and are committed to complete their degree.  They will be pro-active, dedicated and will demonstrate the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.  We would also welcome applicants with non-accredited degree courses and candidates with similar industry experience.
